Standart check-in is from 15:00. We always inform our guests if we manage to prepare the apartments earlier.If available early check-in is always free of charge.

Please inform our administration about your time of arrival. You will be supplied with all the necessary information for your check-in.

During offseason breakfast can be orderd from a local french restaurant A-petit. Please contact administration if you wish to order breakfast to your apartment. You can check the menu of the breakfast here: Click here for more information

A visit to Sauna and Jacuzzi area is an additional service that is not included in the price of the apartment reservation, unless you have purchased a package offer with some services included. The prices of Sauna and Jacuzzi area can be found here, and All the SPA procedures can be found here.

SPA services are provided from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M.. We suggest making the reservations of the SPA services as soon as possible because the supply of such services is limited. Especially on the weekends. You can make reservations by phone or email.

If you make a reservation on our website www.palangavisit.lt/en/ please fill out all the required fields and you will receive payment information to your email address. If a reservation is made via phone call or email you can be asked to give us your first and last name, email address, phone no. and number of guest s arriving. In such case when the reservation is made you will also receive an email with all the information for the payment.

An advance payment of 50% is necessary to confirm your reservation. If there is less than 7 days left till the day of your arrival we will ask for a 100% advance payment. If you have some unpaid amount on the day of arrival you will be able to make the payment at the apartments. We accept cash or bank card payments on-site.

If a reservation is made and you cannot arrive to the apratments and you have informed our administration about this situation more than 7 days prior the day of your arrival we can change the dates of your reservation. In the event of change of the reservation an additional costs may incur because of the more expensive days offered. Additional payments must be made in 24 hours from the change of the reservation if required by our administration. If the total price of the reservation is lower after the change the price difference is not reimbursed.

In case a reservation is made and our administration was not informed more than 7 days prior the day of arrival changes to the dates of the reservation can be made only by mutual agreement and the paid advance payment may not be reimbursed.

We have one pet-friendly apartamentuose „Svaja”. In the apartment Dream pets of up to 10kg weight are allowed only after prior agreement with the administration of the apartments! Additional fees are applied. Before taking your pet with you please give us a call or write to us..

You will find towels, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer. There is also all dishes, silverware, electric stove, a fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffe machine, coffe for the first day of your stay in the kitchens of the apartments. Also there will be an air conditioning unit, cable TV and super fast Wi-Fi in each apartment.

Check-out is until 12:00 You can order late check-out only with a prior confirmation from our administration. Additional fees are applied in such cases:

• Check-out until 15:00 - 20 €;
• Check-out until 17:00 - 20 €;
• Check-out after 17:00 - a full price of one night stay is applied.
