Policies and Rules of the Apartments

We strive to provide an environment for a peaceful rest for all our guests of the apartments, we promote coziness and family time. Therefore, all guests are kindly requested to abide by our internal rules.

Internal Rules of the Apartments

Prohibited actions: to smoke in the apartments (and apartment area). Fine for smoking in an apartment is 100 €. Fine is imposed in case any traces of smoking are found within the apartments; to bring pets without a written consent of the apartment’s administrator; to litter within the premises, including the yard area; to use blankets, towels and bedding for outside entertainment – in such case you agree to pay full price for the used items; to take out any belongings or property that belongs to the apartments beyond the area of the premises – in such case you agree to cover full price of the item taken out; to deliberately damage apartment property within the premises – in such case you agree to cover full repair or replacement costs; to cause loud noises, listen to music loudly or in any other way disturb the peace and privacy of other guests during late hours of the day (between 22:00 and 6:00 o'clock) - in case of disturbance police is called without a warning for a violation of public order; to invite other, unregistered people to spend the night in the apartments without prior consent of the apartment’s administrator or without an additional payment – in such case a fine of € 50 per person per day is imposed for the presence of unauthorized persons in the apartments; to not report about any damaged or destroyed property, belonging to the apartments, whether it is damaged deliberately or not. (remunerations for any loss of or any damages to property shall be evaluated and calculated by the administrator in accordance with the agreement of the parties or a valid price list of disposable assets). In most cases when the damage is reported renumerations are not asked, though in case of not reporting you agree to cover full renumerations; it is prohibited to use any source of open fire within the apartments. You agree to pay damage deposit of two nights stay amount if requested by the Apartment Administrator.

Other information

Išvykimo laikas yra iki 12:00 (norint išvykti vėliau arba norint palikti daiktus vėlesniam išvykimui, kreiptis į apartamentų administratorių); Už papildomą mokestį galimas vėlyvas išvykimas tik suderinus su administracija. Išvykimo pavėlinimas iki 15:00 – 20 €, iki 17:00 – 30 €.

Kita informacija: pametus apartamentų raktus taikomas 30 € mokestis; sugadinus apartamentų raktus taikomas 20 € mokestis; atvykimo ir viešnagės metu Jūs galite kreiptis į apartamentų administratorių dėl tvarkymo darbų viešnagės metu atlikimo (šiukšlių išnešimo, patalynės keitimo ar kt.); Jūs privalote pranešti apartamentų administratoriui apie neveikiančią ar sugedusią buitinę techniką ir kitą apartamentuose esančią įrangą, kad būtų galima ją sutvarkyti ar pašalinti gedimą; Jūs privalote laikytis apartamentuose esančios įrangos naudojimo ir saugos instrukcijų; draudžiama palikti neprižiūrimą įjungtą buitinę techniką ar kitus elektrinius prietaisus; draudžiama palikti atrakintus tuščius apartamentus. Nustačius įrangos gedimus mes įsipareigojame kuo greičiau pašalinti atsiradusius gedimus ar trūkumus. Jei nustatyti gedimai pašalinami per greičiau nei 2 darbo dienas Jūs atsisakote teisės reikalauti kompensacijos, kitu atveju Jūs turite teisę kreiptis į apartamentų administratorių dėl dalinės kompensacijos, rezervacijos pratęsimo ar bet kokio kito susitarimo.

the administrator of the apartments possesses the rights to evict any individual prior to the end of the Term of reservation and to demand remuneration for any incurred losses or damages, if such individuals do not follow and violate the rules for order and conduct established. The administrator of the apartments is not responsible for guests' belongings that are left in the apartment.

Additional cleaning services are available for the guests of the apartments: apartment cleaning 25 €, apartment cleaning and bed linen change 50 €.

Payment Policy, Cases of No-Show

It is mandatory to make an advance payment for any reservation to be confirmed. If the advance payment is not made within 24 hours from making a reservation, the administrator of the apartments holds the right to cancel the reservation. The advance payment is calculated following these rules: If there is more than 7 (seven) days left until the day of arrival the advance payment is 50% of total reservation price. In all other cases full reservation price must be paid in advance. The remaining amount must be fully paid before check-in at the apartments. In case the full amount is not covered until the day of arrival the administrator of the apartments holds the right not to accept guest into the apartments without reimbursing any advance payment or to change the duration of your reservation in proportion to the amount paid except in cases of force majeure application.

In case guests are not able to arrive on the reserved dates and the administrator of the apartments is noticed 7 days or more before the day of arrival the dates of the reservation can be changed only by reaching an agreement with the administrator of the apartments. The price difference caused by a change of the reservation dates must be paid within 24 hours. If the price of the reservation becomes lower the difference of prices is not reimbursed.

In other cases, the dates of the reservation can only be changed by reaching an agreement with the administrator of the apartments and the advance payment is not reimbursed in case of cancelation of the reservation.

Cancelation Policy

„Palanga Visit“ klientai turi teisę atšaukti rezervaciją ir teikti prašymus kompensacijai už apmokėtą rezervaciją gauti. Prašymai atšaukti rezervaciją pateikiami laisvos formos elektroninio pašto laišku adresuotu info@palangavisit.lt. Už apmokėtas rezervacijas grąžinimai apskaičiuojami tokia tvarka:

  • If the reservation is cancelled not later than 45 days before arrival a full amount can be refunded to the guest. Only a 25 € administration fee is charged
  • If the reservation is cancelled 45 to 30 days before the time of arrival - 50 % of the paid reservation amount can be refunded, with the administration fee already included.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival refunds are not given. In such case the refund can be given only by reaching a mutual agreement between the administration of the apartments or a representative of JSC Naspecto and the client. If the guest does not show up no refunds are given. In case of early departure, no refunds are given.

Rezervacijoms be atšaukimo sumokėti avansai ar pilni rezervacijų mokesčiai nėra grąžinami atšaukimo, neatvykimo ar ankstyvo išvykimo atvejais. Kitais atvejais „Palanga Visit“ klientai turi teisę atšaukti rezervaciją ir teikti prašymus kompensacijai už apmokėtą rezervaciją gauti bendra tvarka kaip numato šios taisyklės.

Visų rezervacijų datos gali būti pakeistos tik atskiru apartamentų administratoriaus arba UAB Naspecto įmonės atstovo ir kliento susitarimu iki atvykimo likus ne mažiau nei 7 (septynioms) kalendorinėms dienoms. Apartamentų administratorius ir UAB Naspecto neįsipareigojas ir neprivalo suteikti galimybės pakeisti rezervacijų datas. Pakeitus rezervacijos dienas susidarius rezervacijų vertės skirtumui šis skirtumas klientui negrąžinamas. Pasirinkus didesnės vertės rezervaciją klientas privalo apmokėti šį skirtumą rezervacijos dienų keitimo metu. Keičiant rezervacijų datas rezervacija gali būti perkelta ne vėlesniam nei pusės metų laikotarpiui.
